Hazardous Waste Management
Hazardous Waste Management

legal liability of all waste management programs.
Frank Corp.
offers a variety of Hazardous Waste Management options and disposal outlets. Frank Corp.
has developed excellent working relationships with environmental regulators in many
departments. All approved disposal sites are audited annually to ensure compliance
with all applicable regulations. This minimizes the present and future liability of our
customers.
Tank
Removal and Cleaning
Containment vessels have become increasingly regulated.
Potential liability from leaking tanks is very real. Frank Corp. responds to the customers
needs in a timely and professional manner. When an Underground Storage Tank is removed by
Frank Corp., the project includes tank permitting, pollution liability insurance coverage,
proper cleaning, and disposal of the residual wastes. All tanks are taken to a scrap yard
for disposal. Inspection by the local Fire Department inspectors is followed up by field
testing and certified analytical results to document and limit our client's
liability. Click here to see tank removal pictures.
